please read the following terms & conditions before ordering!

payment: all custom orders must be 100% paid with wire transfer before delivery date.

pricing: before final pricing is given, all designs and artwork must be submitted to jarida for review. we reserve the right to nullify any pricing where all pertinent information was not given. any custom order needed in under 4 weeks will require a rush charge subject to current production schedule.

delivery: custom orders will ship 6-8 weeks from receipt of approved artwork.
shipping: orders are fob tianjin port, p.r.china. for sample delivery, jarida ships via dhl or fedex. other carriers may be used upon customer reqest.

templates: computer templates are available for design and logo placement. call for details.

graphic uploads: please use info@jrdchina.com

we work on a pc format with a windows 2000 and xp operating system. we utilize adobe illustrator 8 and 10.0,
photo shop 6.0, winrar and winzip. if using a mac please format disk for a pc and save as an adobe illustrator eps file v8.0 (.eps) with all text and graphics converted to curves. please do not compress files. to expedite artwork process please send vector art.
design: our computer graphics department is available to assist you in creating an exciting product. each design is $25 to $200 depending on the item (cap, jersey, etc.). upon approval of design, production art charges will be quoted at $25 per hour.
 

since we are printing on fabric, an exact match can not be guaranteed. however, we will come as close as possible.
notice: we reserve the right to ship within 5% of the ordered quantity and to have a maximum damage
allowance of 2%.

 

 

follow the simple steps below and count on high quality service from our team members to ensure your order goes smoothly.

 
1. send in your design and tell us the date you want your clothes to be finished. this will reserve your order a place in our production schedule.
2. you will soon receive a response that will include the dates by which we will need your art design, completed order form, deposit and approved artwork. you will need to follow your deadlines so we can follow ours.
3. sizing and fabric samples may be sent upon your request - sample request form. have a try-on party.
4. complete the order form and send in your art work and deposit.
5. order confirmation is sent for your approval. we can not proceed with your order until it is signed and returned to our office.
6. the art department will contact you about your design after your deposit and completed order form are received.
7. our design team will send you a pre-production proof that you may either approve, or make changes too. we will need your final approval of artwork before we proceed with the production of your order.
8. arrange for the final payment and shipment of your order.
9. distribute your new clothing!
10. send in your reservation for your reorder of same artwork and lock in your original order pricing even if you do not reach the same quantity breaks..
