we accepts windows based files that are in a vector format. for example, adobe illustrator 8.0 or higher. files can be e-mailed to info@jrdchina.com . we can also accept: cd's and 3 1/2 floppies. all electronic media files are required to be accompanied with a color printout of the final artwork along with copies in black and white of the individual logos. this may be provided as a computer generated proof or simply sketched by hand with color pencils or crayons. the design factory has an extensive font library, however to ensure an exact match all fonts must be converted to curves

hard copy

any logo to be used on the jersey should be sent to the design factory in camera-ready form. all logos that are not camera-ready may incur additional charges. camera ready artwork is black and white and outputted @600 dpi or greater on grain less paper. faxes, photocopies and business card are not generally considered camera-ready artwork. photostats are the best form of hard copy art. in addition a color rendering of the design must be included indicating color placement, this may be provided as a computer factory generated proof or simply sketched by hand with color pencils or crayons. the design factory has an extensive font library, but we ask that the font name be included with the logos if possible.

when it comes to your jerseys, you want to make sure that every detail comes out right...right down to the colors you have chosen. unfortunately, every computer monitor and printer shows slight differences so how can you be sure your navy blue jersey does not turn out too purple? that is where pantones come in. pantone colors are a universal guide for color. kind of like a ruler or inches are for measurement.
